I build metrology algorithms and software from firsthand experience
in optical experiments, thin-film growth, industrial process-tool
ownership, and production inspection. Measurement and automation
have been essential to delivering results in each of those domains.

open to remote and Los Angeles–based opportunities.
I connected inspection data to device geometry, then validated the
automated analysis against an established engineering review. The
same conclusion, in seconds instead of hours.
I develop metrology algorithms, analysis tools, and production
workflows. Bring me a measurement problem that needs both physics
and software expertise.
Intuitive Python interfaces for complex analysis, connected to
existing APIs and data systems.

Models & algorithms
Optical models, image registration, and spatial analysis
informed by measurement physics and sample geometry.
03
Measurement workflows
Data ingestion, recipe qualification, and statistical
monitoring that connect repeatable measurements to process
feedback.
03 / Background
Built through experiments and production work.
My work has taken me from experimental optical physics and magnetic
thin-film epitaxy to industrial CVD/ALD tool ownership, novel BEOL
film development, and automated optical inspection.
In each setting, I was responsible for delivering experimental or
process results. Metrology and software were core tools for doing
that work. Those years of practical responsibility underpin my
current focus.
